A Community Heritage Register (CHR) is an official list of historic places, specific to a community, which have been identified as having heritage value or heritage character. Having a CHR integrates heritage conservation activities in land use planning processes.
In 2010, ten heritage properties were identified and added to the National Historic Register through a grant from the Heritage Branch. One property has been added since that time. The complete list of heritage properties in Qualicum Beach includes:
