Advisory Planning Commission meetings are on the first and third Wednesday of each month, or as required. The agenda for this meeting will be posted a minimum of two business days before the meeting date.

Agendas are posted one week before the meeting.

Meeting Minutes are posted within one week of the meeting.

Meeting are broadcast LIVE on the Town's YouTube channel, and videos of previous meetings are also available until dealt with by Council, after which time they are removed.
