The project will start on July 2, 2024, and finish in October 2024. Construction will take place along Rupert Road East, between Qualicum Road and the Qualicum Beach Airport. Roads will be single-lane alternating and limited to 50 km/hr from 7 am to 5 pm on weekdays.

May 27, 2024, marks the anticipated commencement of the Beach Creek Culvert Replacement project, necessitating the closure of Crescent Road East. Crescent Road East will be closed to both pedestrian and vehicular traffic until the end of the project in October 2024. Traffic control and detours will be in place.
