Your feedback will be used to help influence the future of curbside collection of residential waste, recycling and organics collection. Complete the curbside collection survey for a chance to get your 2019 annual curbside collection fee WAIVED! A total of 3 prizes to be won - valued at $145, no cash value and cannot be transferred.     As of July 1, 2018, the garbage collection schedule for single family residences in the Town of Qualicum Beach will change from a fixed-day schedule to an add-a-day system. The collection day advances after a statutory holiday to mirror the collection of recycling an food waste. The first pickup day for the new schedule will be July 3, 2018. Garbage and green bins for single family residences, for the entire Town, will be picked up on July 3.

In order to relieve some street parking congestion in the First Ave/Harlech Rd area, temporary parking spots have been designated at the Old Fire Hall for LifeLabs & QB Physiotherapy patients. Also, during the First Avenue construction period, temporary spots on Railway St will be set up for the contractor and construction crews. Thank you for your continued patience during this busy time!
Qualicum Beach Town Council, with support from the Qualicum Beach Chamber of Commerce and Qualicum Beach Downtown Business Association, have announced a new transit initiative to cover the cost of all fares for service on the Route 97 Eaglecrest and Route 98 Qualicum Beach transit shuttles during the months of August and September, 2018.
